OrcaEyes Appoints Todd Johnson as President and Chief Operating Officer

OrcaEyes, the leading provider of strategies and solutions for workforce optimization including Workforce Planning and Analytics, announced today that Todd Johnson, former Publisher of Workforce Management magazine, has joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer effective immediately. In this role, Johnson will hold responsibility for all OrcaEyes operations, including the company’s strategic direction.

Johnson has spent the past 18 years with Crain Communications where he was, most recently, Vice President and Publisher of Workforce Management Magazine. In his role, he directed the day-to-day operations for the company’s print and electronic publishing enterprises, including the monthly magazine, six print and electronic newsletters, WorkforceHRJobs, and the industry respected Workforce Management Optimas Awards.  Prior to joining Crain, Johnson spent eight years at Royal Maccabees Insurance.  Johnson holds a MS in Finance from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations from Michigan State University.
