OrcaEyes Prepares for More Rapid Adoption of Workforce Planning and Analytics Software; Appoints Brad Hilbert President of OrcaEyes Workforce Planning and Analytics Software Division.

OrcaEyes, the leading provider of strategies and solutions for workforce optimization, announced today that appointment of Brad Hilbert to the role of President of the OrcaEyes Workforce Planning and Analytics software division.  This announcement comes on the cusp of a record-breaking year for the company in terms of new business, increased revenue and the launch of a completely new software product in 2012.

Hilbert has served as OrcaEyes’ Chief Technology Officer since the company was formed in 2007. Since that time, he has launched three versions of the workforce planning and analytics software. The most recent version has experienced the most rapid adoption and has received excellent reviews from prospects, customers and analysts alike. In addition, Hilbert has led numerous enterprise implementations and has worked tirelessly to help define the company’s product and market strategy.
